This is a Harley-Davidson long-sleeved T-shirt worn by Takuya Kimura.
It's the same color, but the back print comes in various designs, so I can't confirm the exact one Kimura wore. However, this design is also sold at famous shops.
The size is a very rare M, approximately: length 68cm, width 51cm, shoulder width 48cm.
Harley T-shirts tend to run large, and Kimura wears them fitted, making this size particularly rare.
As it's an older item, there is some wear and tear, and a little bit of dirt on the sleeves that should come out with cleaning, but it's still in good condition.
